Daily Rates

As a fore taste of what is available, we have set out below what will be on offer during the 2011 season and suggest that you visit the website to view more information on Roydon Private Nature Reserve and the superlative facilities which will be available to you during your stay.

All safaris will be custom planned and an official quotation issued to you upon request. As a guide, costs are typically as set out below.

 

  • 1 x 1 - US$ 500 per Client per day
  • 1 x 2 - US$ 425 per Client per day
  • Observer - US$ 180 per Client per day

 

The daily rate includes:

  • The services of a licensed professional hunter and staff.
  • All accommodation, meals, soft drinks, beer and wine during the safari.
  • Shooting range access.
  • Transport during the hunt.
  • Hunting license.
  • Trophy handling.
  • Daily laundry.
  • Note: All applicable taxes are included in quoted amounts and No VAT will be added.

 

The daily rate excludes:

  • Dipping, packing and any taxidermy processes.
  • Shipping charges from South Africa to your home country.
  • Gratuities of professional hunters and staff.
  • Telephone, fax and internet. All are available within the lodge.
  • Collection and delivery from East London Airport at US$ 100 per client.
  • Charter flight to tarred airstrip within 5 minutes drive of lodge if preferred (P.O.R).

Terms of Business

  • All prices are quoted in US Dollars.
  • A deposit of 50% is required to confirm all bookings.
  • The balance may be paid in cash or travellers cheques.
  • All animals wounded or killed must be paid for.
  • Should cancellation of your reservation occur more than 90 days of the scheduled date of arrival, the deposit will be refunded less expenses.
  • Transit days or part thereof between hunting areas are regarded as a safari day.
  • Insurance is the responsibility of the individual. While every effort is made by Roydon Safaris to ensure clients safety, no responsibility will be accepted for any illness, accident or loss or the expenses thereof. Clients will be expected to sign an indemnity form before the commencement of the hunt.
  • Dip & Pack facilities also available and we have great taxidermy facilities for your trophy requirements.
